1.What's your production time when I place an order?

If fabric available, sampling usually takes 5-7 days to proceed. For bulk orders it takes 10-15 days to get it done. If it's not a regular item or fabric not in stock, usually it takes 20-25 days to proceed.

2.Can get a sample of your fabrics ?

Yes, we have prepared our fabric booklet which includes more than 30 different fabrics for you to choose shipping.

3.What's the delivery time ?

We are cooperating with DHL, Fedex, CKE and other global express companies. Usually the delivery time is about 3-5 days.

4. Can I have my own fabric printed ?

Sure, if there's only 10y or 20y u can directly send it to us. But if there's bulk order it must be supplied by some company from China.

5. What format of files can I upload to your site ?

You can upload your designs in jpg, tif, png, pdf without size limitation. Also aiming at getting a better result of the printing, please make sure the files are at least 150DPI. And of course, u can directly send us the download link to info@mydigitex.com.

6.How do I know the shipping fee ?

After adding the fabric u want to print on, please check your cart. An estimated shipping fee by DHL will be shown.

7. How can I place an order if I have already prepared the files ?

You are almost there. Please upload your designs first and click into the design. Then choose your fabric and adjust the quantity and add it to your cart. In the end you can check your cart and fulfill the form.

8. What's your minimum order quantity?

We start with 5y per quality for formal orders. But it's really flexible, you can choose to print some of your own designs together to share that 5y. If to choose our design

9. I just need to check some of my design effects, can I get 1 or 2 yards to test instead of 5y ?

It's totally understandable so we offer free sampling service to test your designs and you just need to shoulder the shipping fee. Please note this that only poly woven and poly knit are available to make free sampling.

10. How can I pay for my order ?

We accept different payment ways.

1. Directly pay online with credit card when u check out your cart.

2. Pay with PayPal.

3. Bank Transfer.

4. Check to Digitex USA.

Please choose to pay offline when you decide to go with option 2,3 and 4. And inform our team once it's done.

11. I am a fabric designer, can I be a seller on this site and what can I get after being a seller ?

Yes, we would be glad to provide a platform for designers around the world. Please choose to be a seller on the website menu and open a store to sell designs. It's required to upload at least 5 designs first and our team will check your qualification. After approval, you can continue to upload your beautiful designs and once the designs are chosen you can get 15% commission of the total fabric value.
