Each and every MyDigitex order is custom printed for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell material that is returned to us.
1. Flawed or damaged
If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to refund it. Please provide a photo and clear description of the damage or flaw to email@example.com and we will send the best shipping back address according to your location.
We do not offer prepaid return labels, so once you hear back from us with instructions, simply choose the shipping service that’s most affordable or convenient for you. Ship to :

Once we confirm the issue after receive your return. We will refund to original payment in 14 days. If the issue is not confirmed as flawed or damaged, we will ship back the returned package to original order address and cancel refund request.
2. Color tolerance
Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund. Tolerance is a normal result when monitor is in RGB mode and printer is CMYK ink.
3. Design issue
In most case we will help double checking your file carefully, but you are responsible for uploaded design.
Sadly we cannot accept return of non-faulty goods because the bespoke fabric has been produced and customized specifically to order, therefore impossible to reuse.
Our production time it takes 10~30 days, Which means that pre-authorization of buyers credit card will be used on time of shipping with actual goods quantity, amount and shipping charges.
Note: You have 15 days to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window.
